Create WBS is a process in the project scope management knowledge area and the planning process group. WBS stands for work breakdown structure. Basically this is the process where the activities that need to happen for the project to succeed are identified and broken into manageable sized steps.

As a baseline, the scope baseline requires signatures or formal approval, and it is managed under change control. The project documents updates might include the Gantt chart.
