Develop project team

The PMI process develop project team is in the human resource management knowledge area and the executing process group. Developing the team includes supporting improvements at both the individual and team interaction levels. On the individual level it may involve formal training to learn new skills, coaching to improve existing skills, and assessments of what is going well and what needs to be improved. On the team or interpersonal level, it may involve team-building activities or cross training.
