Boarding the plane; a different kind of on-boarding.
On-boarding is a term used to describe the activities to bring new members onto the project team. For a small project, this can be very informal. For a project with many people or lots of turnover, it can be helpful to develop a more formal method. Some of the tools that can be used are a slide deck introduction, the project charter, and excerpts from the stakeholder register. Deciding on the appropriate on-boarding technique can be a part of the PMI process to acquire project team
