Lose your sleep before your decision, not after it

A reason to make a good decision.

The Delphi method is a way of sharing expert knowledge to generate ideas or make decisions. While there are a few variations, the basic technique is to post an issue or question to a panel of experts. The experts write their answers, sometimes with supporting arguments. The answers are circulated or summarized by a facilitator, usually anonymously. Then each expert uses the others' responses to develop improvements. The circulation and responses can be done for a couple of rounds. There are now electronic tools that can assist with the process.
