Perform qualitative risk analysis

The PMI process to perform qualitative risk analysis is in the risk management knowledge area and the planning process group. This is the initial assessment of the identified risks. Risk levels (e.g., high, medium, low) and categories are identified. This will assist in performing quantitative risk analysis and planning risk responses.

It is described in section 11.3 of the PMBOK.
