The plan human resource management process creates the human resource management plan. It is part of the PMI planning process group in the human resource management knowledge area. The process pulls together information about roles and responsibilities, project organization charts and a staffing management plan. (The staffing management plan usually includes staff acquisition plans and resource calendars.) This information is incorporated into the human resource management plan, which in turn is subsidiary or a component of the project management plan.
