There are many kinds of rewards. Different people vary in what they find most rewarding. Rewards can be financial, such as a raise, bonus, or prize like a coupon. Other rewards include time off, flexible schedules, parties, events, corporate products, discounts, or improvements to the work environment (e.g., free hot drinks). Some budget should be included for the rewards. And, as the team is acquired, it is useful to learn which rewards are most meaningful to each member.
