Seller proposals are created by potential suppliers (bidders, sellers) to define what the seller will provide, at what cost, and to specify other conditions or commitments. The proposal is sometimes in response to a request for proposals (RFP).

Defined in section of the PMBOK, 5th edition, p. 373 and the glossary on page 562.

Accepted proposal(s) will be input to the conduct procurements and control procurements processes.
